Delivery and production
Production time - Each piece is made to order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production before dispatch.
Shipping - All orders are shipped securely with tracking. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location
Packaging - Every piece is presented in The Fifth Lane packaging, designed to protect the piece and age with time.
Care and wear
Wearing - Solid metals will naturally mark and evolve with wear. These changes are part of the pieces character and should not be considered flaws
Care - Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces. When not worn, store your piece in a dry place.
Maintenance - If your piece requires refinishing or assessment over time, you're welcome to get in touch.
