SECTION 1
1.1 Refunds and Returns
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind. All sales are considered final which is why we strongly encourage having your finger sized to ensure your new piece fits perfectly. Please also refer to our size guide for further information.
Fifth Lane takes great pride in the quality of our pieces as they are handmade with care by our skilled team. In the event that there is a problem with your purchase, please get in contact with us by emailing hello@thefifthlane.com. This does not include expected wear and tear or any damages/mistreatment that are as a result of the wearer.
SECTION 2
2.1 Postage
- ALL orders sent via mail will use tracked postage.
- Please note that we do not offer same day dispatch due to the handmade nature of our pieces.
- General dispatch times vary from 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship items, however some items can take longer. Please see individual timeframes in product descriptions.
- Made to order items will be shipped within 4 - 5 weeks from the purchase date.
- In the event that you have not received your order in the timeframe please email us at hello@thefifthlane.com.
2.2 Custom fees, Tax & Clearance
All of our sales may incur Duty, Taxes and other charges depending on the import regulations of your country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary.
In order to ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges in a timely manner if requested by the postage handler.

3.1 Agreement
By completing your purchase, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions / policies.
3.2 Liability
The Fifth Lane and its employees are not liable or responsible for any injury or and loss or damage to personal possessions at any time.
